Technical Assistant (MTA, BTA) (m/f/d)

for the production of diagnostic kits

Your tasks:

The core task is production of ELISA kits including careful documentation of the manufacturing processes. In close collaboration with the head of production and the development team, you will prepare and revise standard operating procedures, carry out the technology transfer from development to production and optimize the production processes (especially expression and purification of recombinant proteins and coating of ELISA plates).

Your profile:

  • Completed training as a technical assistant (MTA, BTA)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A high sense of responsibility
  • Experience with purification of recombinant proteins and chromatography techniques is mandatory
  • Experience with ELISA development and an ISO13485-compliant industrial work environment is beneficial
